The official fee is 14,100 EUR for 2026/27. Official 2026/27 annual tuition for non-EU nationals in the English-taught integrated Medicine programme (VU Senate resolution SPN-50, 18 Nov 2025). • Medicine programme accredited by Lithuania's Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education (SKVC), which holds WFME recognition (granted 2023, valid to 2033)

Vilnius University says that, after SKVC received WFME recognition, its medicine diplomas are recognized in the USA from 2024; this satisfies Intealth's Recognized Accreditation Policy, but the school's page does not explicitly mention the USMLE.
