Riga Stradiņš University runs a six-year, English-taught medicine programme (360 ECTS) leading to a Medical Doctor qualification, with intakes in both autumn and spring. The official fee is 13,500 EUR for 2026/27. Official annual tuition for international Medicine students in 2026/27, the same for all six years and paid per semester. A non-refundable EUR 1,800 registration fee (Medicine/Dentistry) and a EUR 100 application fee also apply. USD is approximate at ~1.15 USD per EUR.

Clinical training
Clinical modules start in year 3 and run at Riga teaching hospitals such as Pauls Stradiņš Clinical University Hospital and Riga East Clinical University Hospital; German students can move to Elbe Klinikum Stade from year 4.
Accreditation & licensing
- Medicine programme accredited by AHPGS (Germany), a WFME-recognized agency, against WFME standards for a maximum five-year term (announced March 2026)
RSU says its WFME-recognized accreditation (AHPGS, 2026) meets ECFMG requirements and that graduates are eligible to sit the USMLE.
